LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Lymphatic Drainage is a technique that stimulates the Lymph System and encourages lymph flow in the body.

It helps to eliminate excess water, cellular waste, toxins,

which reduce swelling and bloating. In post-surgery patients, Lymphatic Drainage is exceptionally beneficial in reducing pain and inflammation, improving skin regeneration, and preventing scar tissue, while improving recovery time. The result is a more energetic and healthier system, while the patient experiences an extremely relaxing feeling at the end of each session.

As the lymphatic organs play an important role in the immune system, the proper flow of the lymphatic fluid can positively impact many conditions:

  • General inflammation

  • Lymphedema

  • Edema and water retention

  • Cancer

  • Heart disease

  • Post cosmetic surgery – healing time

  • Cosmetic enhancement by fluid deposit reductions

  • Lyme disease

  • Pre and post-athletic application – decrease muscle/tendon strain and healing time

  • Enlarged prostate

  • General detox and cleansing

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - MLD

$120    60 min  |  $150  90 min

Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is a very gentle, non-invasive technique based on pumping, circular and spiral movements, which encourage the lymph fluid to flow more freely around the body. Using the correct pressure, direction and speed, this technique can greatly enhance recovery and facilitate drainage.

ASSISTED LYMPHATIC THERAPY - ALT

$150    60 min  |   $180  90 min

Besides the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, I offer Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) to increase the benefits of the lymphatic flush through the body. This machine allows for a non-invasive technique to optimize and stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. This technique further enhances the manual therapy.

Click here for a more detailed article describing the history and development of ALT.
